Here, the light means a literal light that distinguishes light from darkness. But, in spiritual context, it could also mean to signify and represent God as light, a source of everything and also good news that is proclaimed through Jesus Christ, like mentioned in 2 Cor 4:6, give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. We also know darkness is the direct opposite of light where it can not co-exist. With God, the darkness can not exist, often scripture relates to Satan. One more thing that we should be aware of is how God said and things were created, there is power in his word. We should proclaim God’s word with the power that comes from him and experience the amazing work done through his name.
Today, remember, you have to stand in the light, not in the darkness. God created the light to give life and source for everything to stay alive. God wants you to go out today and experience the warmth of the light that shines from the sun. But, there is far more important thing that you need to experience is the true light that comes from being who he is and removing all your hardship and disappointment in your life.
First, we need to know that God is the uncreated Being, eternal, above time and matter and space. Also, God, Elohim, a word plural in form, but joined with a verb singular, shows the plurality of persons in the Trinity, and also works that are done through his creation. God created everything and everything in it. Now, we need to look at the purpose of his creation, his eternal purpose through creation is to reveal Christ, like mentioned in Ephesians 1:10. As you may recall the last chapter and the last verse in the book of revelation, Christ is coming and he is the beginning and end. Jesus Christ is the fulfillment of the answer to the creation and also existence of the universe. Knowing the true intention of God’s creation, we should never forget the truth that was revealed to us through Jesus Christ, it is to save us and call us into his presence to follow the purpose that was set before us.
Today, remember, you are created for a purpose and also God created everything that you know from the beginning for a purpose. Yes. You need to know that purpose exists within Jesus Christ. It is through Jesus Christ, your purpose in this life is being revealed. You need to find true purpose by putting your trust in Jesus Christ, he will reveal all to you throughout your life continually.
There are two presupposed theories to why the earth was without form, one being destructive work of Satan, somewhat represented by the darkness was on the face of the deep, also one being where there is a gap between genesis 1:1 and 1:2, takes many years to complete. There is still debate on how creation took place between the bible scholars. But, I tend to believe that God created the earth as mature like how he created Adam. But, you need to understand the victory that is in God through the work of creation. So, you need to be ready to do God’s work and ready to declare victory in the work that God is doing in your life. You can not let darkness consume you. You have to fight with the help of the Holy Spirit. God’s plan for victory is declared by working together in unison against the plan of evil.
Overcome darkness with the help of the Holy Spirit.
We all know what lies bring to our lives. It kills the trust that was there and replace with anger and hatred toward each other. We all have to remember that we are part of same body where we could feel the pain it causes each other. So, we need to correct the misunderstanding and hurts by not letting the devil take control of it. But, the reconciliation that Jesus demonstrated to us, we should do. We should forgive and accept each other in Christ.
Today, remember, you are part of the body of Christ. When you feel the pain, others feel your pain as well. When others are hurting, you will feel their pain as well. Why? Christ Jesus has united you and others with the blood of Jesus Christ. Do not let misunderstanding or hurt clutter your mind of hatred, but, fill your heart with forgiveness and love of Christ. Yes. Do not let sun go down while you are still angry. Because, it will cause you more grief than others.
Yes. Fill your mind of love of God, instead of anger and lies.
